Sarah's caricature is now on the wall with hundreds of other famous patrons. The two chat about the honor, as well as the City of Nashville deeming her song "O Holy Night" as their official holiday song. "O Holy Night" was the first music video shot inside Nashville's Schermerhorn Symphony Center. The country cutie also talks about performing Nashville's world-famous 4th of July bash. -
10th Annual Christmas For Kids

Phil Vassar, Joe Nichols and Colt Ford are among those that joined Charlie Daniels as he hosted his 10th annual Christmas for Kids concert at The Ryman. The money raised at the concert, in addition to other events, will provide hundreds of kids in need with a day long shopping excursion. Yallwire host Stephanie Langston catches up with Charlie (who might actually be Santa Claus), Colt Ford (AKA Santa Colt) who says he is working on an album with Charlie, and Phil Vassar who talks about his Christmas album being one of the most difficult challenges he has faced as a songwriter. -
2011 SESAC Awards
Hillary Scott
Lady Antebellum's leading lady, Hillary Scott took home Songwriter of the Year for the second year in a row at the SESAC Awards in Nashville. Hillary was honored for a total of four awards during the evening's festivities including three No.1 hits by her group and "A Little Bit Stronger," a chart-topper for Sara Evans. Craig Campbell kicked off the festivities with his hit "Fish" which was also honored with a performance award. Americana great, Jim Lauderdale, also performed and raked in awards for his cuts by Elvis Costello and George Strait. Ronnie Dunn did an acoustic version of his hit, "Cost Of Livin'", which garnered a performance award for the writer, Phillip Coleman. Chris Young stopped by the event to present Anthony Smith with Song of the Year for their collaboration on the No. 1 song, "Tomorrow." Yallwire host Stephanie Langston caught up with the stars as they strolled the red carpet. -
2011 ICM Awards

The 17th Annual Inspirational Country Music Association's Faith, Family & Country Awards took center stage at Nashville's Schermerhorn Symphony Center for a presentation of their annual music awards. A pink carpet was rolled out as a tribute to the lives of Middle Tennessee breast cancer survivors. Host Stephanie Langston was on the pink carpet to chat with the evening's top contenders and entertainers. Highlights of the night included Ricky Skaggs emotional acceptance of the prestigious Entertainer of the Year Award for 2011. Other major wins of the night included Lady Antebellum's Hello World, in the Video category. Jeff Bates received Mainstream Country Artist top honors. More than a dozen major performance dotted the evening—including those by Lee Greenwood, The Roys, Joey Rory, Buddy Jewell, The Isaacs and Lucas Hoge. -

Christian artist Michael W. Smith recently held his annual fundraiser for his local non-profit outreach, Rocketown. Renowned comedian Jeff Foxworthy performed as the community rallied for the "Redneck Rally for Rocketown." Governor Bill Haslam, Mayor Karl Dean, country superstar Carrie Underwood and many others attended the event and Yallwire was there. From Robert Plant and Gregg Allman to Emmylou Harris and Lucinda Williams, the 10th annual Americana Music Association Awards sold out for the first time in the event's history and Yallwire was there. Host Stephanie Langston catches up with the master of ceremonies, Jim Lauderdale, about this year's big winners. Lucinda Williams, Gregg Allman, Jerry Douglas, Rick Hall and Bob Harris were presented with Lifetime Achievement Awards throughout the evening. Robert Plant took home Album of the Year, Buddy Miller won Instrumentalist of the Year, Mumford and Sons scored Emerging Artist, while Justin Townes Earle won Song of the Year and The Avett Brothers received Group of the Year. -
Grand Ole Opry Induction

Yallwire was there as the most awarded country group of the past decade, Rascal Flatts, became official members of the Grand Ole Opry. The vocal group comprised of Gary LeVox, Jay DeMarcus and Joe Don Rooney was formally inducted into the Opry family during the Opry's 86th birthday weekend. Host Stephanie Langston also caught up with the band backstage who shared just how much the honor means to them. -
