Yallwire's Favorite New Country Acts

Country fans are in for a treat with these four amazing new talents to add to the country roster.  Jason Sturgeon, Laura Bell Bundy, Brantley Gilbert, and The Band Perry have already made an impact in 2010 for country music. All having singles played on radio, a few even climbing the charts, and ALL have GREAT new videos to add to Yallwire!!

Jason Sturgeon sings about “Simple Life” because Jason is from a small town in Indiana. Sturgeon grew up in a family of coal miners, oilmen and farmers who literally made their living off the land, and still do to this day.  He is currently on a radio tour and has made stops this year at CRS & ACM’s in Vegas. Just ask him about the penny slots at 4am.:)

Laura Bell Bundy is far from new to the spotlight. Spending years on Broadway for hits like Hairspray and Legally Blonde this blonde bombshell is cracking us all up with her hilarious interviewing antics! “Giddy On Up” is her hit off her album Achin' and Shakin,’ and which is a clever double disc album. Achin’ is a collection of slow and sultry country songs and Shakin’ is a group of sassy songs that are equal parts humor, confidence and attitude. She truly is one of a kind.

Brantley Gilbert from Jefferson, Georgia is not only making his debut into country but probably into MANY females’ hearts. One of the newest videos added to Yallwire “Kickin it In the Sticks” is of course country, but has some sexy rockin’ roll edge.  Gilbert is currently on tour through the southern states.

The Band Perry is composed of siblings Kimberly Perry, Reid Perry, and Neil Perry. They currently released “Hip to My Heart,” which debuted at #52 and is STILL climbing! Making a major impact at radio fans can only expect more from this country family. Yallwire currently published the video “Hip to My Heart”, and we have a feeling this one will be on top of the Yallwire video chart VERY soon.
