Yallwire Announces Nominees For 1st Annual Music Video Awards!

Yallwire is excited to announce the nominees for its first annual Music Video Awards! We have seen hundreds of music videos from up-and-coming artists, music veterans and all artists in between, and we thought we would show some light on a few videos that really stood out this year.
Yallwire programmers have chosen videos that have proved particularly successful with Yallwire's dedicated audience and have placed them in four categories : Video Artist of the Year, Best New Artist of the Year, Best Yallwire Interview and Best Inspirational Video of the Year. Winners will be selected by music industry professionals as well as by country music fans via polls on Yallwire's official Facebook page. Winners will be announced on December 31, 2011.
Zac Brown Band have been releasing hit after hit since last year and did not disappoint fans with "Colder Weather." We can always count on a fun video from Trace Adkins, but this year he showed us a softer side by featuring his daughter in his video for "Just Fishin.'"
DJ Miller and Jason Sturgeon both had hugely successful exclusive video premieres on Yallwire this year. The numbers were record breaking - "Between Sunday" and "The Cover" both earned their place on this list thanks to their dedicated fans.
Yallwire's production crew made their way Nashville throughout the year, catching interviews from some of our favorite country music artists. "Dirt Road Anthem" was one of the biggest hit songs of 2011, so capturing Jason Aldean, Brantley Gilbert and Colt Ford being recognized for the song's success was a HUGE moment. Queen of Country, Reba McEntire, was also honored this year for the success of her single "Turn On The Radio."
Inspirational videos come through the Yallwire office daily. Norrowing down which videos touched viewers the most is not easy! Martina McBride really hit home with many women and families who have been affected by breast cancer with her inspirational song, "I'm Gonna Love You Through It." Meanwhile, Newssong and Teea Goans touched country fans' hearts with their uplifting songs "One True God" and "Letter From God."
