Tracy Lawrence was hospitalized on Tuesday as the result of a respiratory infection. He is receiving treatment to combat what doctors determined were the early signs of pneumonia. Tracy's hospitalization has forced him to cancel his scheduled appearance tonight at the Wildhorse Saloon in Lufkin, Texas. The rest of Lawrence's shows this weekend will be determined today.
