Taylor Swift, the Jonas Brothers and Lionel Richie will ring in the new year with performances in Times Square on "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2009."  The Hollywood feed will feature Ne-Yo, Fallout Boy, Natasha Bedingfield and the Pussycat Dolls.  The party will kick-off on ABC at 10pm EST, December 31. 

Despite Swift's lack-of a Grammy nomination, she has been incredibly successful this year.  Just in the last month, Swift saw her new album, Fearless, debut at #1 atop Billboard's Top 200 Albums chart, and she even performed at and co-hosted the December 3 Grammy Nominations Concert with LL Cool J.
