A court order signed on Friday says that Sugarland's Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush have settled the lawsuit filed by former Sugarland founding member Kristen Hall. The case was set for trial today in a U.S. District Court. According to the Atlanta Journal Constitution, no public airing will take place in an Atlanta courtroom. The terms of the settlement were not disclosed. Hall – who left Sugarland in late 2005 – filed the lawsuit in 2008, claiming that she was denied of her one-third share. Atlanta lawyer Jim Grant, who represents Nettles and Bush, had no comment as of Friday. Hall's lawyer could not be reached.
