Rocker Aaron Lewis Releases Country EP

Staind front man Aaron Lewis has released his debut solo EP, Town Line.
The project features four songs including the title cut and first single, "Country Boy." The video for the song features Lewis with George Jones and Charlie Daniels.
Having grown up in rural Vermont, Lewis says his grandfather eased him into country music, but it was a fellow rocker who really got him excited about the genre.
Aaron reveals, "If my grandfather was around, it was on. I spent a lot of time with my grandfather and it was basically the sound track of my childhood. That's kind of where it started and then I kind of forgot about it for a long time. And I was out on tour...for the first real tour that we did we went out with Kid Rock. It was the beginning of '99. Me and him hung out a bunch and usued to hop on his bus and would wind up in the back lounge and hanging out listening to old country music."
Aaron Lewis' EP and single are available now on iTunes.
