It was announced today that seven time GRAMMY winning trio Lady Antebellum will open for American music icon Bruce Springsteen on July 14 for a sold out concert at Hyde Park as part of this year’s Hard Rock Calling festival in London, UK.

"It's Springsteen…there is no entertainer we look up to more than him," said Lady A's Charles Kelley. "I'm going to be like a little kid at Christmas watching his show.  It's the biggest honor for us to be invited to play this festival…the entire lineup is awesome!"

High demand overseas of previously announced OWN THE NIGHT 2012 WORLD TOUR dates has also prompted Lady A to make special arrangements to accommodate more fans. The July 13 date in Glasgow, UK has moved to a bigger venue, the Clyde Auditorium, and the group recently added a second night in Dublin, Ireland at the Olympia Theatre.

  • Music superstar and best-selling cookbook author Trisha Yearwood brings her family-inspired recipes and food traditions to Food Network this spring with the premiere of the new daytime series Trisha's Southern Kitchen on Saturday, April 14th at 10:30am ET/PT.

The series invites viewers into the kitchen with Trisha for her favorite meals, nostalgic stories and visits from families and friends.

Themed shows range from preparing traditional dishes from her childhood to planning a baby shower and a family reunion barbecue to offering tips on lightening up standard Southern recipes.

Shot in Nashville, the six-episode series features Trisha's unique how-to tips and techniques for down-home dishes like Daddy's Barbecued Chicken, Uncle Wilson's Famous Baked Onions, Chick-less Pot Pie and Sweet and Saltines.

"Trisha's best known as a music legend, but her talents don't stop there. She's a passionate and talented cook, whose down-to-earth style, winning recipes and southern hospitality will charm and inspire viewers," said Bob Tuschman, General Manager and Senior VIce President Programming, Food Network.

"For me, cooking is very connected to my family and friends," said Yearwood. "Every recipe on the show carries wonderful memories with my loved ones and I can't wait to share my meals, stories and family photos with Food Network viewers."

Trisha Yearwood - who has won three Grammy Awards, two Academy of Country Music Awards, three Country Music Association honors and had 19 Top 10 singles - released her first best-selling cookbook "Georgia Cooking in an Oklahoma Kitchen" (Clarkson Potter) in 2008. Her second book "Cooking for Family and Friends" (Clarkson Potter) followed in 2010. Both books reached the #1 position on the New York Times best-seller list in the Advice, Hot-To and Miscellaneous category.

Trisha's Southern Cooking is produced by Ellen Rakieten Entertainment and RelativityREAL.

  • Lee Brice is poised on the industry high wire with his long-awaited second Curb Records album Hard 2 Love hitting retail on April 24th.

After much success as a hit songwriter for a litany of country music's most virile chart toppers from Garth Brooks and Kenny Chesney to Jason Aldean and Tim McGraw, Brice is now focusing his creative talents on propelling his own emergence as a superstar.

Setting the stage for Brice's spring 2012 breakthrough is the new album's first single, "A Woman Like You." Curb's proven delivery system is currently on target in navigating the single into the Top 10 on the Billboard Hot Country Songs chart, closing in on gold certification with a blazing track record of 450,000 digital downloads already sold.

Hard 2 Love follows Brice's critically-acclaimed debut album Love Like Crazy, which spawned Billboard's Most Played Country Song of 2010 by virtue of its title track. Billboard remarkably repeated the honor in 2011 with the Brice-penned "Crazy Girl" hitting No. 1 for the Eli Young Band racking up "most played" song numbers in the country genre, and recently being nominated by the ACM in the prestigious "Song of the Year" category. Notable too in recent chart history, Brice penned Garth Brooks' "More Than A memory" - the only song in Billboard history to debut at the top of the Hot Country Songs chart.

Undeniably, Lee Brice's focus on center stage with the new studio project is built on a massive platform of success as one of Nashville's hottest hit writers. Add to the mix the obvious facts that pure authentic vocal talent and rough-hewn good looks are the ingredients for superstardom, and the South Carolina native is a rising talent well-worth the career investment to move his imaging pushpin from Curb Music Publishing hit songwriter to full blown major Curb label artist. His strategic branding with a new legion of fans has produced a solid following on 2010-2011 high-exposure runs in concert with Willie Nelson, Jamey Johnson, Luke Bryan and Jerrod Niemann.

Hard 2 Love boldly showcases what all the excitement is about. Powerful vocals and top drawer songs provide a stellar collection that invests Brice both professionally and personally with honest, raw emotion. "Everything on the album reflects who I am right now and where I am in my life," he noted in a recent interview.

Award winning singer-songwriter Dierks Bentley takes the No. 1 position this week on Billboard's Country Albums chart with his sixth studio album Home, marking Bentley's fourth career debut in the top spot.

The new album's poignant second single and title track also continues to climb the Top Five at radio and has already spawned the rowdy chart-topper "Am I The Only One."

Music critics across the country are weighing in with glowing reviews of Home, all focused around one central theme - Bentley's unique sound that combines his distinctive gravely vocals with a modern blend of acoustic and electric instruments. Entertainment Weekly awarded that sound with an A.

Here are more rave reviews Bentley has been getting from the media:

"Bentley has always been a big-picture guy, looking to pull together the different kinds of music he loves. On what may be his most cohesive album, he combines rustic sounds of crisp banjo and mandolin with a surging beat that falls between U2 and Waylon Jennings." - USA Today

"Bentley always utilizes banjo, fiddle, mandolin and especially dobro in his music, but with a modern beat and energy that, along with his distinctive voice, gives him a compelling sound of his own." - Associated Press

"Dierks Bentley's new album is his most assured...like an actor playing a role, great country singers inhabit their songs and make them sound like they're living it all right before your ears. When it works, it feels Oscar-worthy...Dierks Bentley is a great country singer." - Washington Post

"Dierks Bentley has recorded what is undoubtedly the finest album of his career." - CMT

Bentley will perform a song off the new album today on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and is set for the first show of his 2012 Country & Cold Cans Tour tonight in Vancouver, BC Canada. For a list of upcoming appearances and tour dates in Canada, Australia and the US, visit www.dierks.com.

We’re hoping this is the best Throwdown Tour yet.”

“I had the privilege of playing shows with each of these incredible artists with the exception of Eric Paslay, but a few weeks ago he and I got to hang out in East Tennessee--talking and fishing," Atkins said.  "I can't wait to be a part of this tour. Every artist brings something awesome and different to the show. It's gonna be a blast!”
