• Vince Gill leads the pack with his ambitious 4-CD collection of all-new material These Days. Lead single "The Reason Why" is at radio now.
• Fast-rising star Dierks Bentley is back with Long Trip Alone, featuring the top five hit, "Every Mile A Memory." Bentley's first two albums have both been certified platinum.
• Lonestar returns with their new album, Mountains, featuring the hit title track.
• George Jones is a guest on his own tribute album, God's Country. The album features a who's-who of nineties country stars including the incomparable Pam Tillis, along with Tracy Lawrence, Vince Gill, Mark Chesnutt, Joe Diffie and more.
• Rhonda Vincent releases a Christmas album, Beautiful Star.
• A deluxe reissue of the classic Dwight Yoakam album Guitars, Cadillacs, Etc., Etc. , is the major reissue of the week.
