With seven nominations, Miranda Lambert came out as the top nominee at the 46th annual Academy of Country Music Awards.
She and Ronnie Dunn announced the nominees during an early morning press conference this morning (Feb. 1) at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum in downtown Nashville.
In addition to her first ACM Entertainer of the Year award, Lambert is also up for Top Female Vocalist - an honor took home last year. She's also nominated for Single Record of the Year and Song of the Year for "The House That Built Me," which also picked up a Song of the Year nomination for songwriters Tom Douglas and Allen Shamblin. The country star is included in the Vocal Event of the Year division for her collaboration with Sheryl Crow and Loretta Lynn on "Coal Miner's Daughter." In addition, she is up for two awards for Video of the Year for both "Only Prettier" and "The House That Built Me."
Zac Brown Band and Kenny Chesney are each nominated for five awards, while The Band Perry and Taylor Swift received four nominations each.
This year's ACM Awards will take place on April 3 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. Reba McEntire and Blake Shelton will co-host the CBS telecast.
