Taking the No. 3 spot, Lee Brice's "Love Like Crazy" has broken the record for most weeks climbing on Billboard's Country Songs chart. Making the trek for 55 weeks, the single has risen to its highest rank yet, ascending from the No. 5 to No. 3 position. Passing the 54-week mark, the song beats Eddy Arnold's "Bouquet of Roses," which has held the record since it debuted the week of May 15, 1948.

The lengthy run of the hit proves that a combination of a good, well-written song and a dedicated promotional staff at Curb Records is a recipe for success. Brice and Curb take the achievement with both pride and modesty, claiming "we never dreamed that we would have a song like Lee Brice's recording of 'Love Like Crazy' that would break the all-time record that was held by our close friend Eddy Arnold for more than 60 years" (www.billboard.com).

Although he might have lost his number-one place in the chart longevity record, Arnold still holds a legacy in the Billboard charts. The artist, who passed away in 2008, still holds the feat for most weeks at No. 1 and most Top 10s.
