Keith Urban has voluntarily admitted himself into rebab at an undisclosed location. Nicole is said to be by his side and he released this statement:

"'I deeply regret the hurt this has caused Nicole and the ones that love and support me,' said Keith. 'One can never let one's guard down on recovery, and I'm afraid that I have. With the strength and unwavering support I am blessed to have from my wife, family and friends, I am determined and resolved to a positive outcome.'

His upcoming show and appearance at this years CMA's have been canceled. However, November 7 is still the release date for Urban's next album Love Pain and the Whole Crazy Thing.
