John Rich got in a couple of scraps last week while in West Hollywood. According to TMZ, the first fight took place Wednesday night at the Saddle Ranch on the Sunset Strip, which is across the street from the posh Mondrian Hotel where John was staying. Rich told cops he was minding his own business when a lady he was talking to went to the restroom - and he was suddenly socked in the ear by some random guy. John made a citizen's arrest and when the cops showed up, the alleged assailant, Chris Poggi, was arrested. Then on Friday morning at the Mondrian Hotel, Rich and "two tattooed, large gentlemen" got into an argument in the lobby. John allegedly swung a beer bottle, hitting Jerry Montano in the face. TMZ was told that Montano's nose was visibly broken and there was blood "all over the place." People on the scene also noted that afterwards Montano was mumbling over and over again, "The little guy hit me." L.A. police are investigating but no arrests have been made yet.
