Multi-platinum country artist Jason Aldean was named the Number One Male Country Artist and the Top Independent Artist of the Year by Billboard.

Released on November 2 and racing to the top of the charts, his album My Kinda Party earned the biggest first week debut by a male country vocalist in over the past three years.

The country star is wrapping up 2010 with two singles on the radio charts, the title track of "My Kinda Party" as well as his powerful duet with Kelly Clarkson, "Don't You Wanna Stay." Both songs are currently in the Top 10 on iTunes.

Aldean's "2011 My Kinda Party Tour" kicks off on January 21 in Little Rock, AR. The country rocker will hit club, festival and arena stages in 30 cities through May with special guests Eric Church and the JaneDear girls.
