Jason Aldean Is Proud to Call Nashville Home
Georgia native Jason Aldean has made his home in Nashville, while raising his family and chasing his country music dreams. When the May 2010 flood hit the city he calls home, Aldean was certainly pleased to see how Nashville came together. He shares:
"You know, I've kind of adopted this town as my home. I mean, I'm raising my family here. I've been here for 12 years. You know, I think people here were just trying to save what they had, you know and it just goes to show you what kind of people are here and it makes you proud to be from this area and live here… It was a cool thing to see. It was a heartbreaking thing to watch every night on TV, but it was a cool thing to see how people came together helping each other out."
Jason performed his two biggest hits, "Big Green Tractor" and "She's Country," at last night's Nashville Rising benefit concert event.
