Garth Brooks & Trisha Yearwood Raise Money For Flood Victims

Country stars Garth Brooks and Trisha Yearwood raised $5 million for Nashville flood victims with a series of performances at Bridgestone Arena on December 16-22.
"Playing music has never felt better or ever felt more right," Brooks said. "I am really honored to have been a part of this happening."
So far, the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee has allocated $1.37 million from concert proceeds to Hands on Nashville, the United Methodist Committee on Relief - Tennessee Conference (UMCOR) and the Community Resource Center to help flood victims rebuild.
Way to go, Garth and Trisha!
