First-Round CMT Music Award Nominees Announced
CMT released the first-round nominations for the 2009 CMT Music Awards, which will take place on June 17 in Nashville. Sugarland leads with a total of 6 nominations while Taylor Swift and Brad Paisley do not fall far behind with 4 each. Voting is open to all country music fans on CMT.com through May 11, which will determine the final nominees for the awards ceremony.
