Faith Hill and Martina McBride's first performance together raised more than $225,000 for Nashville babies in need of intensive care.

The country ladies performed together for the Rock the Cradle event at the Loveless Barn near Nashville on Tuesday night to raise money for babies born at Baptist Hospital who need services provided by the Beaman Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.

The event also served as a cocktail reception, dinner and live auction, and also included performances by comedian Kevin King and songwriters Tim Nichols and Craig Wiseman.

Baptist Hospital delivers more than 7,000 babies each year and approximately 10% of those babies will need to be cared for in the neonatal intensive care unit.
