Faith Hill and The Pretenders are teaming up for a special live episode of CMT Crossroads as part of the festivities surrounding Super Bowl XLV.

The show will premiere live on CMT the night before the big game (Saturday, February 5) at 10 p.m. during the NFL Pepsi Super Bowl Fan Jam from the Verizon Theater in Grand Prairie, Texas.

The performance will mark Hill's long-awaited debut on CMT Crossroads, however, it's not Faith's first time being involved with the Super Bowl. The five-time Grammy winner sang the National Anthem at Super Bowl XXXIV and also performed "America The Beautiful" at Super Bowl XLIII in 2009, becoming the only country artist to ever perform both songs at the event. In addition, Faith has been NBC's voice for Sunday Night Football for the past three years.

Tickets to CMT Crossroads are sold out, but tickets still remain for the first two concerts in the series - the NFL Super Bowl Fan Jam on Thursday, February 3 featuring Kid Rock, Duran Duran and Jason Derülo

The NFL Pepsi Música Super Bowl Fiesta will be held on Friday, February 4 at 7:30 PM featuring performers Jenni Rivera, Chino & Nacho and Dulce Mario.
