In addition to achieving his second consecutive #1 song on the country charts this week with "Roll With It," Easton Corbin ties with Lady Antebellum for the most nominations at the American Country Awards with seven nods each.

Corbin is nominated for Artist of the Year: Breakthrough Artist, Single of the Year, Single of the Year: Male, Single of the Year: Breakthrough Artist, Music Video of the Year, Music Video: Male, and Music Video: Breakthrough Artist for his first hit "A Little More Country Than That." Surprised by the long list of nominations, the country star asked his bandmates to count each nod on their fingers as he read them off an email from his publicist.

"A Little More Country Than That" - written by Rory Feek (of Joey & Rory), Don Poythress and Wynn Varble - was not created specifically for Corbin, but the country singer claims that he "knew it was a good song and that it fit [him]." He goes on to say that he "thought it would be a great debut single because it described who I was and gave the audience a chance to get to know me better."

The fan-voted award show will air live on Fox on December 6.
