The members of Little Big Town say they may have to "go bus-to-bus" for trick-or-treating tomorrow because they will be in Austin opening for Carrie Underwood. The group is not letting the fact that they'll be working on Halloween spoil their fun. Kimberly Schlapman says she has ordered a duck suit for her daughter Daisy. Phillip Sweet reveals he is going as the "Big Bad Wolf," his wife will dress like "Bo Peep" and their little girl, Penelope, will probably be a little lamb. Karen Fairchild says she and husband Jimi Westbrook haven't chosen their outfits yet, but they may throw a party around the buses and get Carrie to dress up with them. [via AristoMedia]

If you're Taylor Swift, celebrating Halloween without being recognized can be a very difficult task, no matter how great the costume. However, that didn't keep her from trying last year. Taylor explains how she successfully pulled it off: "My best friend and I really wanted to go trick-or-treating because it was our senior year, and everybody goes to this one neighborhood in my hometown. But you know, she's always kind of like, 'You know, Taylor, we can't ever go anywhere with you because it always turns into like a weird frenzy or whatever.' And so what we decided to do was we dressed up like Chewbaccas, like full-on fur suits, like movie quality Chewbacca outfits, and walked around and trick-or-treated and nobody knew it was us and it was the funniest thing." Taylor fans will be excited to know she has just released her new song, "You're Not Sorry," on iTunes. Earlier this week, she got to hold the finished CD for her sophomore album, Fearless, in her hands! It will land in stores November 11.

Toby Keith tells People magazine that Republican Presidential candidate John McCain's Vice Presidential running mate, Sarah Palin, seduced him into switching his allegiance from the Democratic Party. He claims, "They've run me out of the [Democratic Party]. They don't represent anything I stand for anymore. But there are just as many sickos on the right. That's why I'm not registering Republican. But I don't see things right and left, I see them right and wrong." As for Palin, Toby's a big fan of the VP nominee. He says, "I think she is the best thing in politics at that level I've ever seen. I hate politicians, and she's as far from one as you can get. She's a mother, she's a human being. And I can sympathize with her. She went from being an unknown governor to being on the cover of every magazine." [via AristoMedia]

Jamey Johnson says he felt scammed into participating in the short-lived FOX reality show Nashville. He tells AOL's The Boot, "They told me 'Nashville' was going to be a documentary [and] that I was going to tell my story on it. But on day-one of filming, I heard the word 'docu-soap,' and I almost threw up." Jamey goes on to say the drama the show tried to create just wasn't for him. He shares, "I didn't want that and didn't need it. I had a girlfriend I was happy with, and they tried to screw that up. Eventually it did, I guess, because I'm not with her anymore." Johnson adds, "But seriously, I'd rather blow my brains out than be on another reality show. unless it's The Girls Next Door." He laughs, "If I'm gonna do that s*@t again, it's gonna be with some knockout gorgeous girls in a hot tub!"

Tim McGraw wasn't too happy when his record label released a third Greatest Hits package earlier this month. Yesterday, Tim released a statement in response to Curb Records releasing a CD without his involvement: "I am saddened and disappointed that my label chose to put out another hits album instead of new music. I've only had one studio album since my last hits package. It has to be just as confusing to the fans as it is to me. I had no involvement in the creation or presentation of this record. Sure I love the songs and I don't want to take anything away from all the creative people who were a part of making those records. But the whole concept is an embarrassment to me as an artist. In the spirit of an election year, I would simply say to my fans, 'I'm Tim McGraw and I don't approve their message.'"
