Blake Shelton Hosted NRA Country/ACM Celeb Shoot

NRA Country (a collaborative effort between the National Rifle Association and friends in country music) and the Academy of Country Music partnered up for the first-ever NRA Country/ACM Celebrity Shoot, hosted by Blake Shelton.

The sporting clays competition took place on Saturday, April 2nd as part of 'The Week Vegas Goes Country' - the week leading up to the 46th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards, the star-studded television event broadcasted live from MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Sunday, April 3rd.

The NRA Country/ACM Celebrity Shoot was a 13-station, 50-target sporting clays competition for 19 teams of five shooters - including a celebrity captain - with prizes going to the top three teams.

Rascal Flatts' frontman Gary LeVox and the CPrime Team took first place while Shelton and the Starstruck Team took second and Dave Butz and the Washington Redskins Team took third place. The event took place at Nellis Air Force Base.
