2006 is Trace Adkins Year
Trace Adkins' is having a great year, after 10 years in the music industry!
Adkins' single "Songs About Me" has been certified double platinum for shipments of 2 million copies.
The album's hits included the title track and "Honky Tonk Badonkadonk." Last week, his new album Dangerous Man was certified gold for shipments of 500,000 copies and Greatest Hits Collection, Volume 1 was certified platinum for shipments of 1 million copies.
On October 7, he played with Jason Aldean and Billy Currington on the CMT sponsored tour which launched this weekend, but the real attraction of the show is the feel-good attitude presented by all three artists. They all performed hit after hit which the crowd just ate up.
