Beginning November 12th through December 5th, 2008, Yallwire will post the rules and regulations for the "Rodeo Vegas" contest with entries accepted November 12th through December 5th, 2008.

HOW TO ENTER:
During the period November 12th through December 5th, 2008, Yallwire users will be instructed to register, including their name and email address at http://www.yallwire.com/contests/rodeovegas.html. After registering, entrants will receive a confirmation email at the email they provided, entrants must confrim their registration by clicking on the confirmation link in the emai in order to win.

Yallwire is not responsible for any entries that are not recorded properly or do not receive a confirmation email due to email filtering, ISP blocking, misdirecting, or delayed or not delivered for any reason. Any entries received that are incomplete or illegible will be disqualified.

HOW TO WIN:
Yallwire will randomly select a winner from entrants who meet the entry and eligibility restrictions in order to be qualified to win.

ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS:
Promotion is open only to those who are 13 years of age or older. All prizes are non-refundable, non-redeemable, and non-transferable. No cash substitution will be available. Prizes may be substituted should they be unavailable due to circumstances beyond Yallwire's control.
Winner is solely responsible for all Federal, state, and local taxes that are applicable.
Due to unforeseen circumstances that can arise from time to time, Yallwire, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to terminate the "Rodeo Vegas" contest at any time during the promotional and contest period.

Yallwire reserves the right of final decision in all matters pertaining to this contest.

Yallwire, Hooley/Guidry and each of their respective officers, directors, agents or employees, are not responsible for any expenses not set forth herein and are hereby released from any and all claims, damages and liability the winner(s) may incur, including without limitation illness, injury, or loss of life, as a result of their participation in the sweepstakes or any sweepstakes-related activity or their use or misuse of any prize that may be awarded
