As a child, she studied jazz, ballet and hip-hop and began to perform in showcases, talents shows, church, and at family gatherings. She trained and studied vocal development under world-renowned vocal coaches, Billy Purnell, Stephanie Spruill and Doc Holiday. Her inspiration to name a few, comes from such greats as Whitney, Mariah, Beyonce, Rihanna, Mary J. Blige and Alicia Keys,
As a solo artist she has performed in over thirty-five middle and high schools all across Los Angeles and surrounding areas. She has also performed in some of Hollywood?s hottest nightclubs, opened up for Jon B and rocked the house at the 2009 Hot Import Nights, all within the past year.
Her passionate soulful vocals are a mixture of Pop and R&B expressing her very unique sound. Combined with her dancing skills, dynamic stage presence and bubbly personality she is definitely a star on the rise. She is currently in the studio working with top producers writing and recording hits for her upcoming debut album.
Kelli believes that nothing comes without hard work, dedication, passion and her everlasting faith in God. She is thankful to have the support of her family, friends and fans. She is determined to make her dreams a reality.
