Johanna De La Rosa was born the only child to her parents, in Lima, Peru. When she was only 3 years old her family relocated to Tustin California. Her family struck lottery gold in 1994 and they moved to Mission Viejo. She graduated from UC Irvine with a degree in English and Comparitive literature. She then started work for a title insurace company. Through her work she met Slade Smiley and fell in love with him they then got engaged and stared in the Bravo telivision show THE REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ORANGE COUNTY but when they split Slade and Jo decided to star in another Bravo television show called DATE MY EX: JO & SLADE that premered on July 12, 2008. This year, on top of the show she released her album, "UNSCRIPTED."
