City and Colour features the highly anticipated artistry of Alexisonfire's Dallas Green. Dallas Green's full-length album entitled "Sometimes", released under his solo moniker City and Colour, features Green's melodically driven musical lyricism on solo acoustic guitar. With a poignant vocal styling and lyrics that speak of impulse and introspection, Green affects his audience by offering his own personal testimony.
City and Colour is a band by former Alexisonfire guitarist and vocalist Dallas Green, started in 2004. The project title derives its name from Dallas' own name: Dallas, a city, and Green, a colour. Dallas is praised by critics and fans alike for his strong, clear vocals and his guitar playing skills. To date, Dallas has released two EPs, "The Death of Me" (2004) and "Missing" (2005), as well as three full length albums, "Sometimes" (2005), "Bring Me Your Love" (2008) and "Little Hell" (2011).

City and Colour is the recording alias for Juno Award-winning Canadian singer-songwriter Dallas Green, who is also the guitarist and vocalist of the post-hardcore band Alexisonfire. He plays melodic acoustic and folk music and is often accompanied by a rotating number of Canadian indie rock musicians, such as Daniel Romano and Spencer Burton of Attack In Black.
